Unless Detroit wants to actually set the trends instead of trying to recreate them with oversized, overweight and outdated vehicles maybe we shouldn't bail them out every time they need a handout. We never see the profits when the days are good only the bills when times are tough.

Researchers at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine find that more people are going to retail clinics for treatment from minor illnesses than to their primary care physicians. The trend is most common among 18- to 44-year-olds, but the elderly also make visits to receive immunizations.

More than two out of three people worldwide tuned in for the Beijing Olympics. Nielsen Media Research says 4.7 billion viewers globally saw at least some of the 17 days of TV coverage last month. This audience was one-fifth larger than the 3.9 billion who watched the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens.
